About the Role Constellation Payment Processing is a contemporary Payment Facilitator (PayFac) empowering SaaS businesses to grow revenue through seamless, embedded payments. We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Product Manager - Growth to drive the ideation, development and adoption of market-leading ‘value‑add’ payment services to the CPP portfolio of products with an AI‑first approach. You will shape the future of how ISVs interact and utilize CPP across Payments, Embedded Finance and Financial Technology, defining customer problems and translating them into data‑driven product experiences that deliver measurable growth and value for CSU’s ISVs, Merchants and Consumers. This is a high‑impact role reporting directly to the VP of Product. You will be expected to deliver impactful features at scale in a highly competitive and regulated industry. You will partner closely with other members of the Product Team, Engineering, Design, Sales, Analytics, Marketing and Operations – delivering exceptional differentiators that allow us to service the entire Constellation ecosystem. What You will Do (Responsibilities) Strategy & Ownership In combination with the VP of Product, develop and own CPP’s product growth strategy and roadmap for value‑add payment services using an AI‑first approach mentality (e.G., embedded finance, capital lending, BNPL, real‑time payouts). Define segmentation, ICPs, and JTBD across ISVs and merchants; translate insights intohigh‑conviction hypotheses and prioritized initiatives. Establish clear OKRs and drive outcomes across the AARRR funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue). Data, Experimentation & Instrumentation Lead funnel mapping and instrumentation (events, schemas, dashboards) across onboarding, activation, usage and feedback. Run rapid experimentation (A/B, multivariate, holdouts) and causal analysis to validate hypotheses; productionize wins intothe core platform.
Partner with Business Analysts to define north‑star metrics and diagnostics: TTFT (time‑to‑first transaction), attach rate, conversion, ARPA uplift. Product Development & Delivery Own PRDs, specs, and acceptance criteria; drive discovery with Design and delivery with Engineering. Ensuring an AI‑first approach towards all new product development. Ensure scalable productization for multi‑tenant, multi‑vertical use cases; build reusable components to accelerate adoption across VMS units. Manage launch readiness (pilots, alpha/beta, flags/rollouts), quality, and post‑launch iteration. Activation & Monetization Enhance pricing & packaging, value communication, and in‑product prompts that drive feature adoption and revenue. Identify and execute monetization levers (take rate, interchange optimization, feature bundles). Go‑to‑Market & Enablement Partner with Sales/Marketing/CS to develop positioning, messaging, proof points, collateral, demos, and playbooks. Enable VMS business units with integration guides, migration paths, and co‑marketing motions. Coordinate partner and channel strategies for distribution and adoption across ISVs. Stakeholder Leadership Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, Finance, Risk and Partners; communicate trade‑offs,decisions and roadmap clearly. Champion customer‑centricity with ongoing interviews, usability studies, and journey mapping. Qualifications Must‑Have 3+ years in Product Management, with direct experience leading 0‑1 Growth for B2B/B2B2B platforms (ideally payments, fintech, lending, PayFac, or embedded finance). Data fluency: Hands‑on familiarity with funnel analysis, experimentation design, cohorting, SQL (or equivalent), and product analytics tools (Quicksight, Amplitude, Looker/Tableau) that drive product decisions and business outcomes. GTM experience: Pricing/packaging, launch planning, sales enablement, and post‑launch growth loops. Strong Product Craft: Demonstrated success translating ideas into thoughtful requirements, journeys and features, shipping and iterating in fast‑moving, cross‑functional environments.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate product vision and priorities across senior leadership and cross‑functional teams. An AI‑first mentality: Strong understanding and natural utilization of various AI tools (Lovable, GPT, Motion, Pendo etc.) in product development, prototyping, analytics and GTM. Always on the lookout for how the use of AI can improve product quality or quicken CPPs time‑to‑market. Nice‑to‑Have Experience at a PayFac, gateway, or ISV‑first platform. Basic Technical Proficiency: APIs/SDKs, webhooks, event schemas, integration patterns; comfort partnering closely with Engineering and Product Owners. Familiarity with surcharging rules, L2/L3 data, recurring billing, reconciliation, payouts, RTP, and embedded finance packaging. Strong payments domain knowledge: PayFac model, merchant onboarding/KYC/KYB, underwriting, fraud/chargebacks, tokenization, routing, settlement/payouts, SCA/3DS2.
