Line Cook – Frankie's Italian Kitchen (Vancouver)

Frankie's Italian Kitchen is a full-service Italian restaurant in downtown Vancouver, located inside the Georgian Court Hotel and home to Frankie's Jazz Club. We serve scratch pasta, pizza, and a classic Italian menu across breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as aperitivo service, hotel catering and live music nights.

We're looking for a Line Cook who can hold quality under pressure, stay organized through long service days, and be a reliable part of a tight kitchen team.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years line cook experience in a full-service kitchen
- Ability to work clean, organized, and with urgency
- Strong understanding of prep, station setup, and service flow
- Confidence on multiple stations (pasta, app, grill, pizza an asset)
- Consistent execution and attention to detail on plating and recipe standards
- Team-first mindset with solid communication
- Adaptable availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, events)
