The Role We are seeking an experienced, passionate Server and Bartenders with experience to join our front-of-house team. You will be an ambassador for Touk, guiding guests through our menu and ensuring their experience is seamless from the moment they walk in. If you have a deep appreciation for culinary artistry and thrive in a detail-oriented, collaborative setting, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities Deliver warm, intuitive, and highly attentive service to all guests.
- Guide guests through the menu,
confidently explaining the nuances, ingredients, and techniques behind our Cambodian dishes.
- Maintain rigorous food safety, sanitation, and service protocols at all times.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a clean, inviting table setting.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the culinary team and fellow front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle order entry and payment processing accurately.
Qualifications 3 years of serving or bartending experience in an upscale or fine-casual dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of and passion for food, wine, cocktails and craft beverages.
- Valid Serving it Right certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Exceptional communication skills and a team-first mentality.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and hospitable in a fast-paced setting.
