This full-time position will require someone with a solid background in retail, ideally focused on garden supplies, to oversee operations and ensure stunning presentations. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations within the Garden Supplies department daily
• Manage product flow processes effectively




• Ensure displays are appealing and well-stocked at all times
• Operate the POS system for sales and inventory tracking
• Communicate inventory needs with the Purchasing team
Requirements:
• 3+ years of retail experience in a relevant field
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to analyze sales data and trends
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours
