Key Responsibilities:
• Address inquiries through in-person and virtual channels

• Facilitate retention discussions with students considering withdrawal
• Contribute to staff training and onboarding
• Maintain compliance with information privacy regulations
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Three years of client service experience, including two in education
• Solid judgment in decision-making processes
• Proven ability to manage sensitive information
