As an Operations Technician Qualifying Position (OTQP), you will train and progress through necessary modules to become proficient in servicing gas systems. Your responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, performing leak detection, and maintaining compliance with safety protocols. You'll gain hands-on experience while supporting Corporate and Area initiatives through effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service and reactivate gas appliances and equipment
• Handle customer inquiries and emergency situations




• Gather data on service installations and distribution layouts
• Perform leak detection on gas lines
• Read and interpret facility maps and drawings
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Completion of Pre-Qualifying Assessment
• Physically fit as described by a physician
• Willingness to travel and adhere to safety policies
