This full time, in-office role involves collaborating with J.D. Irving companies and government partners. You will identify investment opportunities, monitor performance, and prepare ITB proposals for government approval. Your engagement will focus on strengthening relationships and delivering on ITB initiatives for the benefit of Canada's economy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute Irving Shipbuilding's ITB strategy
• Identify ITB-eligible investment opportunities
• Prepare proposals for government funding approval
• Collaborate with teams and suppliers to achieve ITB goals
• Monitor ITB performance and recommend improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in Canada’s defense and ITB policy
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical skills with advanced MS Office proficiency
• Eligibility for Canadian security clearance and ITAR
