Join Side by Side Therapy as a part time Instructor Therapist in Woodbridge. Work closely with children with Autism, using ABA strategies for effective teaching in their homes.
This ongoing independent contractor role requires a commitment of at least 4 hours weekly, during evening or weekend slots. Successful candidates will implement ABA procedures as per the client's Individualized Service Plan, and communicate regularly with parents and the therapy team. Your hands-on experience will directly impact children's development and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions in client’s homes
• Record and analyze data to track client progress
• Implement feedback and strategies from the RBA
• Maintain communication with parents and team members
• Arrive punctually and prepared for all sessions
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 months as an Instructor Therapist
• Strong communication and time management abilities
• Relevant College Diploma or University Degree
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams
