NVIDIA is seeking a hardworking, motivated and creative Senior Verification Engineer for our Tegra SoC Memory Subsystem IP verification team. In this role you will partner with design and architecture teams to influence implementation choices, create and execute verification test plans, maintain regressions, close coverage, and sign off both functional correctness and performance expectations across multiple product lines including consumer graphics, self-driving cars, HPC, cloud computing, and AI.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop verification infrastructure (testbenches, BFMs, checkers, monitors, randoms)Come up with, review and drive test plan execution for planned featuresUnderstand the performance requirements of your IP,



and drive the performance test plan for your IPEnsure code and functional coverage of all the RTL you verifyWork with and enable FPGA and software teams to ensure that software is testedPlan for and be involved with post‑silicon verification and debugWhat We Need To SeeBS / MS or equivalent experience.3+ years of ASIC verification experience on complex design units, with strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.Exposure to design and verification tools (VCS or equivalent simulation tools, debug tools like Debussy, GDB).Background in SystemVerilog and UVM‑based methodology for ASIC verification.Ways To Stand Out From The CrowdStrong C/C++ programming experiencePrior design or verification experience of energetic memory controllers (DDR{2,3,4,5}, LPDDR{2,3,4,5,6})Strong debugging and problem‑solving skillsScripting knowledge (Python/Perl/shell)Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work as part of a teamCompetitive salary and benefits.
