Working 28 hours each week under the Casework Lead, this position requires a degree in a relevant social services field and robust competencies in case management and crisis intervention. You will be pivotal in assisting clients through emotional support and navigation of community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver crisis intervention and client emotional support
• Conduct intake assessments and manage client cases
• Facilitate client access to safe housing solutions
• Develop safety plans and perform risk assessments
• Maintain detailed and accurate client documentation
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in a relevant human services field
• One year of applicable experience
• Proficient in advocacy and de-escalation techniques
• Knowledge of crisis intervention methodologies
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred
