Service Technician (Go Kia South)

Location: Edmonton, AB

Go Kia South is looking for an experienced automotive service technician to join our busy service team.

What You’ll Do

- Diagnose, service, and repair customer vehicles
- Complete maintenance and repairs on brakes, suspension, steering, drivetrain, electrical, HVAC, cooling, and related systems
- Perform accurate inspections
- Write clear repair stories using condition, cause, and correction notes
- Support customer‑facing repair videos and explanations
- Road‑test vehicles for diagnosis and quality control
- Identify and communicate recommended repairs
- Follow warranty, recall, safety, and dealership procedures
- Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and fellow technicians
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

What You Bring

- Team player ready to work
- Previous dealership experience is an asset
- Previous Kia brand experience is an asset




- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Own tools required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong documentation habits
- Comfort with inspections, repair videos, and detailed repair stories
- CDK or similar dealership system experience is an asset
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to keep learning
