You'll be equipped to make an impact, realize your potential, and stay inspired every step of the way.The Legal team provides expert guidance and support on legal matters to protect the organization’s interests, manage risks, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for guiding cross-functional business teams across the organization, including analyzing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements; providing regulatory and compliance support to the business; and supporting businessteams with risk analysis, strategic legal advice, and legal research.What you'll get the opportunity to do:Research and advise internal stakeholders on legal issues and regulatory compliance best practices across key areas, including employment, privacy, and intellectual property lawDevelop and implement legal processes, policies, and procedures to support compliance and risk mitigationDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements to protect company interests and identify potential risksAnalyze contracts and provide clear,



actionable recommendations to business and leadership teamsPartner with the Associate General Counsel on complex agreements, ensuring appropriate oversight and approvalLead legal process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaborationDesign and deliver legal education and resources to empower teams with practical guidance and self-serve toolsManage external counsel and vendors supporting legal and procurement activitiesSupport corporate development initiatives, including financings, M&A, and other strategic transactionsWhat you'll bring to the team:J.D.
