About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff for the Western Hemisphere. This pivotal role is designed for an exceptionally capable early-career generalist with a background in strategy or operations consulting, and a strong interest in the intersection of technology, business, and entrepreneurship.
The successful candidate will serve as the operational lieutenant to the CEO, maintaining operational clarity, execution velocity, and cross-team coordination. Responsibilities include acting as the primary operational partner to the CEO for Western Hemisphere initiatives, coordinating execution across the region, and ensuring alignment with the Eastern Hemisphere team.
The Chief of Staff will also be involved in strategic project leadership, helping to build the company's operating system,
and will have the prospect to work on a wide range of topics and industries, particularly those related to AI enablement and intelligent automation.
The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have 2-5 years' experience in a strategy or operations consulting environment, with a strong preference for those who are a few years out of undergraduate studies and considering an MBA in the future.
