- Lead HR Advisors in performance management and employee relations
- Improve user experience on Workday HRIS

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years in HR roles, with 2 years in recruitment
- HR certification or related degree preferred
- Experience in implementing HR programs and systems
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
