Key Responsibilities:

- Complete Risk and Control Self-Assessments aligned with RBC standards
- Conduct thorough control assessments and testing of Key Risks
- Report operational risk events to senior management
- Identify and communicate emerging operational risk areas
- Review compliance with RBC Enterprise Policy Management requirements

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of experience in Operations
- Robust oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with compliance and audit management
