E.B. Horsman & Son is looking for a Senior IT Administrator specializing in cybersecurity and systems management. Bring your expertise in Fortinet firewalls, VMware, and Microsoft 365 to enhance our network security.

As a full time member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the security and reliability of our IT infrastructure. This position will require your involvement in incident response and participation during after-hours emergencies.

Your challenge will be to streamline operations and mentor junior staff while managing critical IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and secure network infrastructure components
- Develop and execute incident response and recovery plans
- Oversee VMware, Veeam, and cloud environment administration




- Automate IT processes using RMM and scripting tools
- Support branch operations and end-user technical needs

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years in IT administration, preferably multi-site
- Deep knowledge of Fortinet and enterprise security tools
- Strong skills in problem-solving and independent project management
- Willingness to engage in after-hours support tasks
