Base pay range CA$140,000.00/yr – CA$190,000.00/yr Responsibilities Own the visual design across the product, from early concepts to high‑fidelity mockups and prototypes. Conduct informal user research and adapt research methods to deliver actionable insights. Create prototypes to communicate design intent and validate decisions. Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to prototype and bring designs to life. Leverage front‑end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Basic Qualifications Portfolio evidencing at least one complete software interface design project. 3+ years of professional design experience. Proficiency with SaaS application design workflows.



Preferred Skills & Experience Strong portfolio showcasing complex enterprise software designs. Experience designing construction‑related software. Iterative design culture: validate ideas early, solicit feedback, and iterate rapidly. Design decisions informed by engineering and business constraints. User‑centric mindset across diverse contexts, from manufacturing to research. Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance design productivity.
