Location:Calgary, Alberta, Canada (Remote)About The RoleTrillium Flow Technologies is seeking an Application Engineer to provide technical expertise and customer-focused solutions within our Pumps business. This role partners closely with customers, sales, and engineering teams to deliver tailored fluid handling solutions that drive performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and recommend appropriate pump and fluid handling solutionsSupport the sales process through technical proposals, product selection, and application guidanceDeliver product demonstrations, presentations, and customer trainingTroubleshoot technical issues and provide pre- and post-sales supportAnalyze system requirements and application data to ensure optimal product performancePartner with engineering and product teams to communicate customer feedback and support product improvementsPrepare technical documentation such as application notes, specifications, and installation guidesStay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologiesParticipate in customer visits, trade shows, and industry eventsAdhere to company quality, safety, and environmental standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirementsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent technical experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in application engineering,
