Key Responsibilities:
• Lead inspection activities ensuring high standards
• Verify compliance with Transport Canada regulations
• Oversee final and in-process inspections




• Maintain technical records and documentation accuracy
• Mentor ACA and maintenance personnel
Requirements:
• AME License (M2) with hands-on maintenance experience
• Advantageous to have Dash 8 and CRJ type endorsements
• Strong aviation quality systems knowledge
• Experience leading teams within an AMO is preferred
• Solid analytical, communication, and leadership skills
