You’ll leverage your CRM and technical troubleshooting skills to respond to client requests, work on enhancements to existing solutions, and collaborate with team members on pressing matters. Your focus will be on adhering to service standards while delivering exceptional support and solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and solve high-urgency problems for clients
• Provide thorough assessments of customer inquiries
• Record customer interactions accurately in service tickets
• Escalate technical issues outside your scope
• Analyze root causes for better problem management
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in relevant fields
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Previous work in Managed Services environments
• Robust communication skills for technical explanations
• Bilingual French/English is an asset
