Job Description Continuously monitor project budget and forecasting to the individual phase code level and cost type to identify potential gains and losses. Provide leadership and direction for all project activities and tasks, ensuring project outcomes are delivered successfully and in compliance with all contracts and client needs. Ensure transparent communication of project‑specific roles and responsibilities for all site personnel and provide regular, respectful feedback for all individuals under your direction. Monitor company equipment and supplies to ensure the needed equipment is where it’s required. Inspect tools and equipment, notify the Tools and Equipment Manager for service and repair as needed. Qualifications Journeyman trade certification or equivalent experience. Technical diploma and/or Gold Seal certification considered assets. Eight or more years’ experience as a superintendent.



Eight or more years’ experience with multi‑family construction, including prefabricated and framing. Completed CSTS20 qualification.
