As part of the Climate and Workplace Department, you will assist with energy management strategies at YVR. This role focuses on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and implementing conservation initiatives that align with the airport's commitment to sustainability. Collaborate closely with the Energy Manager and contribute to critical low-carbon and renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in initiatives for energy conservation and demand management
• Help develop and analyze conservation projects with the Energy Manager
• Create communication materials and presentations from data analysis
• Facilitate tenant engagement programs regarding energy savings
• Support additional initiatives in the Climate and Environment Department
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering or Master’s degree at a BC University
• Proven experience in energy-related data analysis
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong proficiency in Office 365 applications
• Ability to independently manage tasks and priorities
