In this role, you will manage peer academic support programs, engaging with stakeholders and analyzing student staffing needs. Your responsibilities will include developing training modules for student workers and tracking service effectiveness for continuous improvement. You'll actively contribute to the strategic analysis of learning support initiatives and enhance outreach communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track service activity and prepare effectiveness reports
• Engage with stakeholders to coordinate tailored learning supports
• Develop training programs and oversee student recruitment




• Lead initiatives on learning support software implementation
• Administer department reporting and compliance activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Three years of educational experience, preferably post-secondary
• Advanced knowledge of diverse student needs and learning barriers
• Strong technical skills in learning management systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
