As the Project Manager Supervisor, you will report to the General Manager and manage a skilled team of Project Managers. Your role encompasses project execution across all phases, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. Key tasks include workload planning, project oversight, and fostering customer relationships through cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team delivering acoustic systems for commercial projects
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and documentation
• Monitor project progress and mitigate risks
• Serve as escalation for complex project issues
• Partner with Estimating and Production on timelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 5-7 years of Project Management experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• PMP designation is an asset
• Willingness to travel ~10%
