About the Role Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our client’s Performance Measurement & Analytics team. In this role, you will support complex investment performance reporting for multi‑billion‑dollar portfolios, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of performance data, and collaborate across multiple internal and external teams. You will also play a key role in enhancing reporting processes and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities Produce, analyze, and present investment performance reports for senior stakeholders. Conduct detailed research and quantitative analysis on investment results. Develop and enhance performance measurement and attribution models. Evaluate performance, risk, and attribution across multiple portfolio levels. Partner with Data Management, Investment Risk, Operations, IT, and third‑party providers. Support data quality initiatives and strengthen reporting infrastructure. Deliver actionable insights and analytical support to internal partners. Train, mentor, and review the work of junior analysts. Contribute to strategic initiatives, governance activities, and process improvements. Stay current on market trends, industry best practices, and analytical tools.



Perform additional duties as required. Required Skills & Experience 4–7 years of experience in financial services (asset management or capital markets). 3+ years of experience in performance measurement. Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Solid knowledge of finance, portfolio management theory, and asset classes. Advanced quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling capabilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access. Experience with Power BI, SQL, and VBA. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Compensation: $30/hr to $45/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D.
