Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations and service delivery for crises
• Support staff through performance oversight and coaching
• Liaise with emergency services and community providers




• Maintain rigorous quality control on confidential case documentation
• Act as Dispatch Navigator during crisis situations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in mental health services with supervisory experience
• Relevant degree in health or social services
• Completion of the mandatory CRCL training
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
• Explicit history check for working with vulnerable people
