In this vital role with CFMWS, you will manage the local Health Promotion team and deliver workshops on Nutrition, Injury Prevention, Social Wellness, and more. Your leadership will enhance operational performance while promoting healthy behaviors within the military community. Engage actively with the military chain of command to develop tailored activity plans that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Health Promotion team on health initiatives
• Oversee workshops in wellness and injury prevention

• Ensure members are mentally and physically ready for operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion or related field
• Experience in managing health promotion programs
• Proven group facilitation and team-building skills
• Knowledge in preparing multimedia social marketing campaigns
• Solid budget and personnel administration experience
