Join Adult & Teen Challenge in Winnipeg as an Addiction Services Program Coordinator for the Men’s Recovery Program. This full-time role focuses on client mentorship, growth support, and program leadership.
As a Program Coordinator, you will provide direct mentorship and recovery support to assigned clients. Your primary responsibilities involve encouraging personal and spiritual development while maintaining a nurturing environment. Build healthy relationships, monitor progress, and facilitate recovery groups that empower individuals on their journey to healing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one mentorship to assigned clients
• Develop and oversee personalized recovery plans
• Monitor client progress and facilitate group sessions




• Communicate effectively with client families and support systems
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team discussions
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience in addiction recovery or social services preferred
• Willingness to obtain credentials in ministry or counseling
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and clear Vulnerable Sector Clearance
