Position DescriptionThis role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.Your future duties and responsibilitiesDefines and evolves the agile delivery frameworkDrive and coordinate PI PlanningCoaches scrum master, product owners, and delivery teamsEnsures predictable, high-quality delivery across multiple teamsRemoves delivery impedimentsFacilitates cross team alignment (scrum of scrums)Partners with Business (Product), Dev, Vendors, SI, QA and LeadershipMonitors delivery healthStatus reporting to leadership teamRequired qualifications to be successful in this role7–9 years of overall experience in Agile delivery, with proven experience as an Agile Lead, Agile CoachStrong hands‑on experience driving PI Planning and program‑level agile ceremoniesProven ability to coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross‑functional delivery teamsExperience working across multiple agile teams and facilitating cross‑team alignment (e.G., Scrum of Scrums)Solid understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFeDemonstrated ability to ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery while managing dependencies and risksStrong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with Business, Technology, Vendors, and LeadershipExperience monitoring delivery health using agile metrics (velocity, burn‑down/up, flow metrics, etc.)Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skillsExperience working in hybrid environments with on‑site collaborationCompensationCGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
