This permanent position requires three years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. You will assist with payroll, meeting coordination, and maintain administrative procedures while ensuring smooth communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to physicians
• Enter payroll data for department staff
• Prepare, record, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures
• Supervise and coordinate secretarial staff tasks
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited Administrative Training Program
• Minimum of 3 years supporting senior leaders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite with 65 WPM typing
