Job Summary The Guidewire ClaimCenter Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end implementation, customization, integration, and support of Guidewire ClaimCenter. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable and high-performance claims management solutions for Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance carriers.

Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Leadership

Lead design and architecture of ClaimCenter solutions.

Oversee configuration and customization using

Gosu , business rules, workflows, and UI configuration.

Define best practices and coding standards.

Review code and ensure quality, performance, and security compliance.

Mentor junior developers and offshore teams.

2. Implementation & Configuration

Configure claim lifecycle processes including FNOL, exposure, reserve, payment, recovery, and subrogation.

Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, and batch processes.

Manage upgrades and version migrations of ClaimCenter.

Work with Guidewire Cloud implementations (if applicable).

3. Business & Functional Collaboration





Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Work closely with Claims SMEs, product owners, and business analysts.

Conduct design workshops and solution walkthroughs.

4. Integration & Ecosystem

Integrate ClaimCenter with:

Policy administration systems

Billing systems

Document management systems

Third-party vendors (ISO, payment gateways, fraud detection tools)

5. Testing & Deployment

Support SIT, UAT, and production releases.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term fixes.

Ensure CI/CD best practices are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills

6–10+ years of experience in Guidewire platform.

4+ years of hands-on experience with ClaimCenter.

Robust knowledge of:

Guidewire Data Model

Gosu scripting

PCF (Page Configuration Framework)

Web services & integration patterns

Batch processes

Experience with Guidewire Cloud is preferred.

Familiarity with Java, SQL & DevOps tools.
