In this role, you will take charge of Level 1 support tasks, addressing user issues, and managing technical documentation. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Level 1 support requests promptly

• Facilitate onboarding and workstation setups

Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in IT support, MSP preferred
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Understanding of basic networking and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Strong discipline in following established processes
