Mission Impact Partners

Toronto

Location: Remote (Canada) | Type: Full-time, Permanent | Reports to: Practice Lead, PartnerAbout Mission Impact PartnersMission Impact Partners is an AI Frontier Company specializing in Microsoft Power Platform. We rescue failed implementations, rebuild foundations, and enable organizations to unlock AI-driven productivity. Our proprietary data migration and integration products transform complex projects into seamless solutions. We are a small, growing company with big ambitions. Every person on the team has a direct impact on what we build, how we deliver, and where the business goes next. If you want to work somewhere your contributions are visible and your voice carries weight, this is the place.Data AnalystAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Data Analyst who understands that data is the foundation of every implementation we deliver. Migrations fail and integrations break when data is misunderstood, poorly mapped, or inadequately validated. This role exists to make sure that never happens on our watch. As Data Analyst, you will be embedded in project delivery from discovery through go-live, owning the data layer across our client engagements. You will analyse source systems, produce detailed data mapping documents, author integration specifications, and ensure data quality at every stage of the project lifecycle. You will work directly with clients — facilitating workshops, presenting findings, and translating technical complexity into business language. This is a hands‑on role for someone with real experience in data migration and integration across CRM platforms. You will need strong SQL skills, experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform or an equivalent relational SaaS CRM system such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365. We are not looking for someone who needs to learn what a data mapping document is; we are looking for someone who has written dozens of them and knows why precision matters. What You’ll DoAnalyse, map, and validate data across client engagementsAnalyse source system data structures, schemas, and relationships across Dynamics 365, Salesforce, legacy CRMs,
