The District of Summerland is seeking a skilled professional to join their Electrical Utility team. This role involves planning and executing electrical distribution work while ensuring adherence to utility standards. You'll coordinate efforts with field staff, contractors, and consultants to support ongoing maintenance and expand the electrical distribution system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute overhead and underground electrical projects
• Support operational efficiency alongside line crews
• Manage service request construction processes




• Ensure compliance with safety and utility regulations
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and contractors
Requirements:
• Journeyman Powerline Technician or Construction Electrician Red Seal
• Electrical Engineering Technologist Diploma is advantageous
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence mandatory
