It manages shared digital assets and delivers high‑quality, safe patient care using the shared Epic Clinical Information System (“CIS”) to over 1.5 million patients in rural and urban communities of Central East Ontario.Job DescriptionAct as the tier 2 support contact for application end‑users, identify and resolve application issues, lead testing of updates and new releases, and support operational committees with workflow design. Work closely with Principal Trainers to keep training materials current, review project status with leadership, and may provide on‑call support on a rotational basis.ResponsibilitiesActing as Tier 2 support contact for the application's end‑usersIdentifying issues that arise in their application area as well as issues that impact other application teams, and working to resolve themParticipates and leads testing of application updates, enhancements, custom programming, and new releases/quarterly upgradesSupports operational committees and working groups with workflow design/optimization decision‑making by highlighting system capabilities, limitations, risks, etc.Works with Principal Trainers to maintain training materials and content in sync with build updatesIn collaboration with the Principal Trainer,



analysts support application's end‑usersReviews the status of projects and issues on an ongoing basis with leadershipProvides on‑call support on a rotational basisRequirementsClinical experience with pharmacy background or other clinical discipline (essential)Experience working with Epic® (Essential)Certified in Epic Willow Inpatient or Willow Inventory (preferred)Graduate of a Pharmacy degree from a recognized university (Highly Preferred)Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Hospital Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician (Preferred)Clinical knowledge and familiarity with pharmacy workflows, including dispensing and clinical monitoringCritical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills, able to logically examine a problem and determine the root cause and course of actionTake ownership over own work and have initiative to recognize tasks that need to be completedAsset / Key CompetenciesAbility to handle complex problems and provide highly innovative and creative solutions that achieve high‑quality business/clinical outcomesAbility to identify and communicate operational issues and drive resolution in an effective manner while ensuring high end‑user satisfactionStrong understanding of workflows and procedures related to the analyst’s relevant clinical areaHighly self‑motivated and directed,
