Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver care alongside the interdisciplinary team
• Implement care plans that support client rehabilitation
• Foster effective communication with patients and families




• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Uphold confidentiality in patient care practices
Requirements:
• High School graduation with Rehabilitation Techniques education
• Experience with adult patients preferred
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record
• Current CPR Level C certification issued within the last year
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and software
