You'll collaborate closely with the Controller, driving improvements in the company's credit card program and expense management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain vendor records in Sage Intacct
• Manage end-to-end AP cycle, ensuring accurate coding
• Build weekly payments queue and prioritize obligations




• Administer corporate credit card program for employees
• Assist with month-end close and audits
Requirements:
• 3–5 years experience in accounts payable
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
