Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and explain the specimen collection process
• Perform phlebotomies and connect/disconnect holter monitors




• Conduct special test collections like drug screens and paternity tests
• Maintain client relationships and respond to inquiries
• Complete data entry for patient demographics and requisitions
Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program preferred
• Phlebotomy experience is an asset
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
• Strong patient service and empathy in high-pressure settings
