As a CNC Controls Technician, you will be at the forefront of diagnosing CNC issues and ensuring smooth production workflows. Your role involves not only troubleshooting but also assisting in training junior technicians and enhancing safety measures. With your 5-7 years of experience, you'll utilize your deep knowledge of CNC controls, especially Heidenhain and Fanuc, to make impactful repairs and installations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose CNC breakdowns and production issues promptly
• Perform preventative maintenance on CNC equipment and related systems
• Maintain a safe working setting at all times




• Assist in equipment installations and system upgrades
• Train junior technicians and share expertise
Requirements:
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Heidenhain and Fanuc CNC controls
• Certification as an Industrial Electrician or Millwright is an asset
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to review mechanical and electrical schematics
