Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold L’Arche's identity and mission in daily actions
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors




• Support core members’ personal journeys and daily activities
• Ensure high standards of personal care and safety
• Manage scheduling and operational tasks effectively
Requirements:
• Knowledge of L’Arche history and values preferred
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience required
• Strong communication and administrative skills needed
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification necessary
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks
