Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage purchase orders for multiple projects
• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery and pricing issues
• Track open orders to ensure timely delivery




• Maintain accurate procurement and GMP documentation
• Support inventory management and prevent shortages
Requirements:
• Diploma in Supply Chain or related field
• 2-3 years experience in purchasing or procurement
• Experience in pharmaceutical or construction industries is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; VBA knowledge advantageous
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
