In this role under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, you'll be the vital link between customers and Ply Gem. You will address inquiries, input orders into AccuQuote, and liaise with technical teams. Your attention to detail and communication skills will ensure customer satisfaction and proper order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries through various communication methods
• Document service-related issues in the AccuQuote system
• Communicate warranty policies and service charges clearly




• Collaborate closely with internal departments for optimal service
• Ensure accurate entry of product details and service documentation
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
