Middle Beach Lodge is looking for a friendly, reliable Prep Cook / Dishwasher to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a hands-on evening role that's perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in keeping things organized, and is always willing to help wherever needed.

What You'll Do

As part of our dinner service team, your responsibilities may include:

- Assisting with food preparation for dinner service
- Washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout service
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitized
- Restocking kitchen supplies and assisting with food storage
- Supporting the chefs with general kitchen duties as needed
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
- Working as part of a team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, positive, and enjoys working as part of a team
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in maintaining a clean workspace
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person




- Serving It Right BC Certification
- Food Secure Level 1 certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)

Preference will be given to applicants who are available to commit to a 6-month contract.
