Experienced superintendent required for a residential high-rise condominium in Downtown Toronto.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year Ontario high-rise condominium experience
- English communication skills
- Knowledge of garbage compactor systems
- Fire panel awareness
- Basic plumbing and electrical maintenance
This is not an entry-level position.
