We are currently looking for an internal Service Advisor / Administrator at Nissan of Nanaimo

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Vehicle Stock in
- Repair order preparation, and completion.
- Preparing the estimate for the sales department for vehicle repairs
- All inspection information is loaded to the vehicle file
- Vehicle Registrations and all Vehicle paperwork are complete and proper
- Internal Recall checks on all vehicles
- Website Audit
- General filing for all departments
- Collaborating with Lot Staff for all pricing accurate on stock tags
- Vehicle Pick Up
- Weekly Key Audit
- Weekly Vehicle File Audit
- Answering Phones for all departments




- Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate departments or staff
- Taking payments and closing the till
- Managing the inventory sheet and making sure all information is up to date

Skills and Attributes:

- Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently, with limited supervision
- Basic knowledge of automotive
- Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Customer Service focused
- CDK Knowledge (Asset)
- Must Be Located In Nanaimo
- Full License and Clean Drivers Abstract
