Key Responsibilities

- Act as the welcoming face of the clinic, greeting clients and managing check-ins/check-outs.
- Schedule appointments smoothly using our clinic management software.
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, including sanitizing common areas and managing laundry flow.
- Educate clients on our membership programs and treatment benefits.

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in an accredited Massage Therapy program or a recent graduate awaiting exams.
- Strong knowledge of basic anatomy and clinical terminology (helps with both the job and your MCQs!).
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, empathetic customer-service mindset.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
