Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is reliable, energetic, and capable of multitasking while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations




- Operate POS system and accurately process cash, debit, and credit card transactions
- Handle cash payments and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Pack customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Assist with assembling food items and meals as per company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including completing regular cleaning duties
- Restock shelves and ensure product displays are well-maintained and visually appealing
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Support opening and closing procedures as required

Requirements & Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Solid time management and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holiday

Language Requirements

- English, Hindi and Punjabi

Ability to commute/ Relocate:

- Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Job Type: Full-time
