Permanent Full-Time Position
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday — four 10-hour shifts

Budget Car & Truck Rental is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Kelowna in-town office.

This fast-paced role combines customer service, sales, administration and vehicle coordination. If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a busy environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in person, by phone and by email throughout the rental process
- Open and close rental agreements accurately
- Promote rental products and services using a customer-focused sales approach
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Coordinate vehicle availability and fleet requirements
- Complete daily administrative and operational tasks
- Clean vehicles and perform basic vehicle inspections as required

Requirements

- Valid BC Class 5 driver’s licence
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, professional and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work the required Friday-to-Monday schedule,



including holidays as required
