Senior Data Scientist – Build & Deploy Machine Learning Models That Power Financial Decisions
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior Data Scientist in the FinTech industry.
This Senior Data Scientist role offers the opportunity to own machine learning models from concept to production within a growing fintech workplace. You'll design, build, deploy, and monitor models that support critical financial products, helping drive smarter risk decisions, richer financial insights, and improved customer experiences. Ideal for a hands-on data scientist who enjoys combining advanced analytics, machine learning, and software engineering to deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models into production environments
- Create training pipelines and package models for scalable deployment
- Monitor model performance, drift, and quality across production systems
- Conduct statistical validation, experimentation, and champion-challenger testing
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, QA, and Engineering teams on model integration
- Define technical specifications, model design documentation, and evaluation frameworks

Requirements:

- Bring 6–8 years of experience building and deploying machine learning models
- Demonstrate expert-level Python programming skills in production environments
- Design and manage end-to-end ML lifecycles from training through monitoring




- Apply strong knowledge of statistical analysis, model evaluation, and experimentation
- Work with modern machine learning frameworks and cloud-based environments
- Build scalable model-serving solutions and production APIs
