YOU WILL
- Ensure that the sales department completes and correctly submits documents to business office
- Verify each sales contract for accuracy and completeness
- Facilitate and complete sales deal
- Keep up-to-date records of each sales deal
- Type required correspondence and documents with speed and accuracy
- Maintain efficient accounting and record keeping systems
- Verify all purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy for supplies of merchandise received and paid for
- Business office paperwork
- Post and record inventory information system
- Transfer units and complete required paperwork
- Post and record inventory in system keeping it up to date
- Register units
